View and Cancel Bookings & Resend Confirmation Emails

In order to cancel a booking or to reprint and resend Confirmation Emails, you need to first view bookings.

In order to cancel a booking or to reprint and resend Confirmation Emails, you need to first view bookings. To do so, select Bookings in the Management section from the menu on the left. 

Add details of the booking into the search box. Type in the booking details, in this example, it is the traveler’s last name and click the magnifying glass icon to search.

If we have been able to find any bookings that relate to the search value, they display in the results table. Find the booking you are looking for and select View.

In the Booking Confirmation screen you can cancel the booking by selecting the Cancel button. This will trigger a cancellation email to the traveler. 

Please note that if the Cancel button is not available, the booking is not cancellable. 

If you do not wish to cancel the booking you can also Print or Resend the confirmation email by scrolling further down the screen.

If Payments are enabled for the connection and the booking is refundable and cancellable then the Cancel button will trigger both cancellation and the refund process.  Upon selecting to cancel a booking you will see the below section

Please note that cancellable does not necessarily mean refundable it depends on the policy set up on the product.

Once you select Yes to agree to the refund amount and cancellation, the following screen will appear, allowing you to select the email distribution options.
