Setting up Company and Contacts

Set up your company details and contacts by department

Why are Company and Contacts important? 

After receiving your credentials, we recommend logging into Redeam Central and adding your company address. Please note this can be your sole location where the product takes place, but can also be a corporate address for your company. You can create locations for different venues. 

The contacts are added, so Redeam can contact the right people for news or issues. 

From the Company menu on the left, select the About tab.

  • Company: company name
  • Website: company website
  • Address: company address
  • Primary Contact: your company’s primary contact

 

Select the Contacts tab and select +Add Contact.

 

Add the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk *:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • E-mail
  • Job Type
    • Reservations: contacts added here, will show in the drop down menu for Reservations Contact which is added to the Product. They will be the recipient of all booking confirmations. Please note, if no reservation contact is added at the product level, no one will receive booking confirmation emails.  
    • Customer Service: contact for Redeam for any customer related or booking queries
    • Technical: contact for Redeam for technical issues
    • Finance: contact for Redeam for any payment or financial items 
    • Sales: contact for Redeam for any new connection opportunities
    • Other: contact for any other topics
