How to redeem Tickets
Click on Redemption in the menu on the left or scroll to the Web Redemption card.
In the Redemption page, add the Voucher ID from the ticket in the Voucher ID field.
Please note that if your device has a camera then you can use the scan option to enter the Voucher details.
Click on Redeem.
If the Voucher ID is valid, the activity details display, select the radio button and click Validate.
The ticket is validated. Clear the Voucher ID field and scan / add another Voucher ID.
The Redemption report provides details on all redeemed tickets for a specific date or date range.
